Thermal cut homologation according to ISO 1090-2
Since last October we have been homologated for thermal cutting processes according to the ISO 1090-2 standard, for the Execution of Structures. This homologation is carried out by OCA Global, as a certifying body. It is one more step of our desire to improve and thus be able to give the best possible service to our clients.
The ISO 1090-2 is very broad and, with the desire to increase and improve the services to our clients, we have incorporated into our production process certification in accordance with the EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 standard, the laser cutting. So that the cuts and perforations made by the thermal cutting machines, present in LASERGRAN, SL, comply with the requirements defined in point 6.4.3, 6.4.4 of the EN 1090-2 standard, for execution class EXC4 , specifically regarding the perpendicularity of the cut, its roughness, and the hardness of the free edge.
