WATERJET CUTTING

Continuing with investing policy in technology for attending the orders of our customers with the best quality, we recommend the services of the waterjet cutting. We have a high pressure waterjet cutting machine:

• Model Flow Mach 500 4020.
• Equipped with a Dynamic Cutting Head (DWJ) and a 6,500 bar High Pressure Pump to offer greater productivity and quality.
• Sheet metal cutting dimensions of up to 2,000 x 4,000 mm and thicknesses of up to 250 mm.
• Unprecedented quality and level of detail, achieving that depending on the final application, it may not require a finishing process.

Waterjet cutting technique is especially interesting for materials that can be affected by heat. In addition, it is not limited to sheet metal, various materials can be used, including plastic, glass, wood, marble, carbon and glass fibre, composite materials, etc.

When greater thicknesses are required in materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, we have plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. For smaller thicknesses in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, we always recommend using laser cutting for its high speed and cost effectiveness, as production costs are saved.
